Assistant Principal

Dear Families,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I join the Hempstead School Community as the Assistant Principal of Barack Obama and Jackson Main Elementary Schools for the 2025–2026 school year. This moment is especially meaningful to me, as Hempstead is the community that molded and shaped the professional I am today.

Since 2013, I have proudly served the Hempstead Union Free School District as a Teacher, District Mentor, Coordinator of Programs and Events, and Dean of Students. Each of these roles has deepened my commitment to our students, families, and educators, and I am honored to continue that journey in this new capacity.

I am thankful for the opportunity to give back to the very village that invested in me, and I look forward to working collaboratively to ensure that our scholars are nurtured, challenged, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

Together, we will make this school year one of growth, achievement, and Tiger pride!
